According to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. Senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.  By visiting Cornbelly's, you are on behalf of yourself or any invitees, voluntarily assuming all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 or any other disease.

As information continues to evolve re: Covid, we will work hard to keep this page current with answers to the most frequently asked questions we have received....

How will Cornbelly's limit capacity?

Because of capacity limits currently mandated by the state of Utah and Department of Health, Cornbelly’s has implemented an online reservation system - broken down by day and/or arrival time - to ensure we can comply with the daily attendance restrictions. We highly encourage you to book your tickets online in advance, to guarantee admission when you arrive. When we have not reached capacity, we will sell tickets onsite.

How easy is it to get a reservation? When are crowds smallest?

The slowest times tend to be Friday/Saturday mornings before 12 pm and many Mon-Thurs evenings. Weekends (between 5:30-8:00 pm) and Insanity Point could sell out, so please make your reservations online for those dates if you'd like to guarantee admission for those specific dates/times. With that said, we encourage you - now more than ever - to visit us on weekdays! We know how important it is to get outside and get a breath of fresh fall air, and even more importantly, to be able to do that safely.

We will allow walk-up purchases as long as there is availability remaining. To guarantee admission at the time you desire, we encourage you to reserve your arrival time and/or buy tix online in advance.

Are masks required?

We care greatly about the safety of our guests & staff and are following guidelines mandated by the State and Utah County Health Department to ensure that Cornbelly's can remain open this season. While we respect the varying viewpoints on this topic, currently that means employees and guests (with the exception of those with medical exemptions or under age 5) will be required to wear masks, except when dining . Please bring your own mask or purchase one of ours for $1 at our ticket window. We appreciate you helping us to comply with the guidelines, in an effort to keep Cornbelly's open this season, as we all work together to Play Safe.

Once I book an arrival day/time, will the length of my stay be limited?

No. Once you arrive at Cornbelly’s, you are welcome to stay as long as you like. We will be requiring that you select an arrival time on weekends to help ensure we can space out our admission lines safely, but will be capping our daily attendance to comply with state guidelines - thus you are welcome to stay whatever length of time you like, once you arrive. Come & go privileges will also continue to be allowed, as long as you keep your wristband on and return through the designated re-entry line.

What will be different at Cornbelly’s? Will anything be closed? What is new?

While you’ll still find most of your ol’ favorites at Cornbelly’s this fall (with increased sanitizing and distancing in lines), we have had to eliminate a few attractions/events for the 2020 season due to the challenges with properly distancing or cleaning. These include:

  • Day and Night Halloween Parades

  • Candy Cannon

  • Corn Cob Beach

  • Corn Ball

  • Rat Maze

  • Large Zipline (permanently discontinued)

  • Cole’s Corral/Friendly Fire (permanently discontinued)

While we are grateful for the chance to open and know some adjustments must be made to comply with safety guidelines, we know many of our long-time guests will miss a few of the attractions on the list above and share those feelings too. Still, we hope you're as excited as we are about our new additions, including:

  • Peacock Perch

  • "Magic of Halloween" Evening Light Show

  • Carousel (delayed opening until the week of Oct. 5)

  • Entertainment Stage

  • Trick-or-Treat Scavenger Hunt

  • Scarecrow Band

Will you still be selling bounce backs?

Yes, we will be selling bounce backs once again inside the gate for those who would like to return for another visit at nearly 50% off the regular price. The cost will be $7.95 + tax for a Mon-Thurs return visit, 9.95 for a Fri-Sat return visit or $13.95 for an Insanity Point return visit.

What if a closure occurs due to Covid?

Though we don't foresee it, should the majority of our season be canceled for any reason due to new Covid restrictions mandated by the state, we would work with ticket buyers to extend your ticket until next year or provide a refund if the passes are unused. Please visit the season pass info page for policies on those passes.

What if I don't feel comfortable coming to Cornbelly’s even with the safety precautions?

We recognize that some of you may not feel comfortable attending this year, despite the safety precautions we have in place. We will miss you this season and are adding a new Cornbelly’s Curbside service for those who love & crave our yummy signature foods! Once we've opened, simply order online and pick up at your designated time between 5-7:30 pm Mon-Thurs and 2-8 pm Friday-Saturday.

Are there special hours for high-risk individuals?

Yes, high-risk individuals (ages 60+ and those with special medical conditions) are allowed to enter Cornbelly's each Wednesday at 3:30 pm ahead of normal operating hours to access the corn maze and all other un-manned attractions. During regular dates/hours of operation, high-risk individuals may also enter through our handicap-accessible line for less congested entry.
