How can we help?

FAQ

Are there refunds if guests leave due to rain?
No, but you can check with the ticket booth before you leave Cornbelly’s to see if we can provide a raincheck, allowing you to return on a future date.
Can I bring my own food?
Absolutely. Though we do sell lots of yummy food onsite, you are welcome to bring your own as well. In Lehi, we have a large grassy area and picnic tables that are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Additionally, we do have private tent areas that can be reserved for groups or parties.
What age is Cornbelly’s most appropriate for? Do adults have to pay to come in?
One of the great things about Cornbelly’s is the fact that it offers something that everyone, of all ages, can enjoy. From babies, all the way up to grandma and grandpa, our goal is to make sure everyone in your group leaves with memories to cherish. Thus, yes, all ages 3+ do pay admission. Visit our AGE GAUGE page to see what activities are best for each age group.
How scary is the haunted maze?
Insanity Point is most appropriate for older children and adults. We like to say 12+ is ideal. Since each child is different, we leave it up to you, as the parent, to decide if your child would enjoy the haunted experience.
Do Thanksgiving Point Property Members get a discount?
Yes, members & their immediate families receive a 25% discount onsite when showing their card and photo i.d. at our ticket booth.
Can I leave and come back later in the day?
Yes, you do have in & out privileges to come and go throughout the day/night if you keep your wristband on.
What forms of payment do you accept?
To keep payments as contactless as possible, this year we will only accept credit card or Cornbelly's gift cards at all internal locations. We will have one admission window + our internal bounceback window and info silo where cash will be accepted and gift cards can be purchased.
Are pets allowed?
Though we are big animal lovers, pets are not allowed inside our event, with the exception of service dogs. In these cases, we ask that your dog be kept on a leash, be properly identified as a service dog, be well behaved and in no way coming into contact with other guests, and that you please clean up after any messes. Pets of any kind are not allowed in our Insanity Point haunt.
What are your busiest and slowest times to visit?
Fridays, Saturdays and Mondays are our busiest days of the week. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays are typically less crowded. You may want to plan your arrival between 4-6 p.m. on weekdays or on Saturday mornings if you are looking for a smaller crowd. We also encourage you to avoid Fall Break weekend (when kids are out of school) and come as early as possible in our season.
If I buy my ticket online, do I have to print it out?
Online tickets will be emailed to you and you have three options once arriving at our ticket booth:
A. Present a printed copy of the ticket
B. Show it on your phone
C. As a last resort, just give your name at our ticket booth & we can look up your purchase
Are there any special restrictions on any activities?
Yes, there are a few activities that have special requirements. They include: MECHANICAL BULL: 17 years & younger must have parent present to sign waiver. BUNGEE BOUNCER: Harness must fit and a waiver must be signed. BARN SWING, PUMPKIN BASHER & CORNADO: Min. height 42" CORN FLYER: Ages 3+
How big is the maze?
In Lehi, the two mazes (the main maze and Insanity Point's haunted maze) are cut into 10 acres of corn. The maze in Spanish Fork is 5 acres.
How long does it take to get through the maze?
It all depends on how many wrong turns you take. The average person will finish the maze within 30-45 min. Some people have taken a lot longer and a few a bit quicker. For those who are worried about how long it will take to finish the maze, we do have Corn Cops in the maze who can help you find an exit. We also divide our maze into two phases so that you can either stop after completing one half, or continue on for the ultimate challenge!
Will I get lost?
We hope so! It’s designed to be that way. While everyone does get lost to different degrees, we have designed the maze to be an interactive activity that makes a trip inside the maze more than just a walk through some corn. At the beginning of your visit you have the option of selecting a game that will help guide you through the maze.
How do you make the maze?
It’s taken lots of practice…26+ years of it to be exact! Our particular process of making the maze is a trade secret, but we can tell you that we plant the whole field in the spring and then cut out the design when the corn plants are still fairly short. The design is created on a computer and then transferred into the cornfield.
Can I eat the corn?
You could, but it would not taste very good. The variety of corn that we grow is field corn for cattle.
Is Cornbelly's wheel chair accessible?
Cornbelly’s is on unpaved farm ground, but we do our very best to make our event as accessible to all our guests as possible. Wheel chairs, strollers and wagons can be brought on premises and are able to complete half of the corn maze, but the ground (like any farm) can be bumpy in spots. In Lehi, the remainder of the event is spread out over grass, and dirt and gravel (to keep the pesky dust from blowing) that could be somewhat difficult to push through in some areas.
Do you have restrooms?
There are porta potties on site at both Cornbelly’s locations, along with indoor restrooms at Thanksgiving Point’s Farm Country and Village Shops in Lehi.
Do you ever close due to poor weather?
Extreme, unforeseen weather can force us to close at any time and an announcement regarding any weather closure will be recorded on our 801-794-FARM hotline and posted here online. If you are at Cornbelly's when we close, you can request a rain check to return another day.
Is there any recommended attire?
Because we operate in October, we recommend being prepared for cool weather. We also recommend wearing closed-toe shoes or sneakers. Remember that you will be in a farm atmosphere and should dress appropriately for the best experience.
